How to install: 1. Download q3wpaks.zip. 2. Unzip or move all paks to /Quake III Arena/baseq3/ dir. Never unzip pk3 files, just main zip! 3. Connect to VOGON CTF CHAOS server from console with /connect q3.vogon.vg:27961. You may also create new shortcut and start the game with quake3 +connect q3.vogon.vg:27961. Optimization tip: put pk3 files inside /vogon-t2 dir, so maps are loaded only when playing on our server and not everytime you start Q3. Also, it's good to cleanup baseq3 dir -- you only need autoexec/config, q3key and pak1-8 files. Defrag your disk from time to time. For CTF offhand hook use: bind q +button5 in config or console. You can try all maps and bots offline with Q3Offline (0.6M).
